    Das Ferienhaus hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 90m² und wurde 1998 in Massivbauweise fertig gestellt und mit viel Liebe und Freude eingerichtet. Das Haus bietet auf 2 Etagen Platz für 5 Personen. Im E.G. befindet sich 1 Einbettzimmer, großer Wohn- / Essraum mit offener Küche. Die Küche ist mit Mikrowelle, Kühl-/ Gefrierkombination, Gasherd, Spülmaschine, Toaster, Eierkocher, Kaffeemaschine und mit allem Geschirr, Teller, Tassen, Besteck u.s.w. für reichlich 5 Personen ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit 1 Zwei- und einer Dreisitzercouch Kabel TV, Stereoanlage u.v.m. eingerichtet. Im Abstellraum befindet sich 1 Staubsauger, 1 Waschmaschine und die Gas- Zentralheizung. Im Flurbereich unter der Treppe ist das Gäste WC. Untergebracht. Ebenfalls im Eingangsbereich, gleich rechts neben der Haustüre ist der Geräteschrank mit Stromzähler, Gasuhr und Wasseruhr, angebracht. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne im Obergeschoß und noch zwei weitere Schlafräume davon 1 Doppelbettzimmer und 1 Zweibettzimmer mit 2 getrennte Betten. Treppengitter, Hochstuhl, Kinderbett für die kleinen Gäste gehören zum Inventar. Zur Anlage gehören 1Gartenhaus zum unterstellen ihrer Fahrräder, Gartenmöbeln mit großem Sonnenschirm. Ein PKW-Einstellplatz direkt am Haus auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück. Das Ferienhaus ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet Ihnen viel Komfort. Zum weitläufigen Sandstrand benötigt man ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Neben sportlichen Aktivitäten bietet das Umfeld eine wunderschöne Landschaft, die zu Spaziergängen und Fahrradtouren einlädt.
